Rules and Regulations

To maintain discipline, harmony, and a productive academic environment, every student of the college is expected to follow the rules and regulations set by the institution.

General Discipline

  • Students must maintain punctuality, regularity, and discipline in all academic and co-curricular activities.
  • Wearing of college uniform and ID card during class hours is mandatory.
  • Respectful behavior towards teachers, staff, and fellow students is expected at all times.
  • Use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited in classrooms, library, and examination halls.

Attendance

  • minimum of 75% attendance is required in each subject to be eligible for appearing in examinations.
  • Absence from class must be justified with prior permission or valid reason.

Library & ICT Rules

  • Students must maintain silence and discipline in the library and ICT classrooms.
  • Books, journals, and equipment should be handled with care; damage or loss must be compensated.
  • Digital resources should be used responsibly for academic purposes only.

Examination Rules

  • Students must follow all instructions during examinations and maintain academic integrity.
  • Any form of malpractice will lead to strict disciplinary action, including cancellation of results.

Campus Conduct

  • Smoking, chewing tobacco, consumption of alcohol, or use of drugs is strictly prohibited on campus.
  • Students must not indulge in ragging, harassment, or any activity that disturbs the learning environment.
  • Cleanliness of classrooms, laboratories, and campus must be maintained by all.

Disciplinary Action

  • Violation of the above rules may result in warning, suspension, or expulsion depending on the severity of the misconduct.
